Deposits:

A 50% deposit is required for all new online bookings and are credited towards your final bill. Please note your deposit is non-refundable. Any cancel/reschedule within 24 hours or no-show will result in a forfeited deposit.

Confirmations & Cancellations:

Excellent communication is an integral part of Whip. We will send you a reminder & confirmation text 72 hours prior to your appointment. If it has not been confirmed 48 hours prior, another text will be sent.
We ask you to respond and confirm your appointment as soon as possible. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time will result in a forfeited deposit.

This policy allows us to maintain an organised schedule and a high standard of service to our regular guests.

Refunds Policy:

We are committed to ensuring you love your hair from day one.
If this is not the case after leaving the salon, please contact us within 7 days. While we do not offer refunds, we will arrange a complimentary revision appointment at a time that works for you.

Any additional or new work outside of what was originally discussed and agreed upon during your initial appointment will be charged accordingly.
